We are currently looking for engineers who want to take responsibility for and lead investigations and projects within the company, with a particular focus on water and stormwater. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting assignments ranging from feasibility studies and investigations to leading roles in projects. Here, you will have the chance to work both strategically and technically, with a strong focus on developing and improving our water operations.

Your responsibilities:

• Investigation and Project Management: Lead and carry out technical and strategic investigations, designs, and projects from idea to implementation.
• Coordination and Collaboration: Contacts with customers, operations and maintenance personnel, and other units within the municipal group to ensure effective coordination to achieve common goals.
• Market Monitoring: Stay informed about industry developments and build networks with other water operations for benchmarking and collaboration.
• Technical Calculations: Perform technical calculations and simulations, as well as prepare cost estimates and technical documentation.
• Digitalization: Implement digital tools for visualization, monitoring, and analysis of water systems.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• A technical engineering degree from a university/college in water, environmental technology, construction, or civil engineering. Alternatively, a post-secondary education or experience deemed equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license (B).
• Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, and good knowledge of English.

Experience in stormwater issues, renewal planning, construction management, project management, and design within water, district heating, electricity, or fiber is an advantage.
